7:30 PM Meeting called to order
Members in attendance : Matt Hansen, Bri McLarty, Kristin McLarty, Joey Adler, Kara Lerwick, Erik Mellgren, Paige Hutchinson, Neva Winkle, Zach Smith and Zeus McLarty.
Approval of minutes: Motion was made by Kara and seconded to approve the minutes for the April 16th meeting.
Motions carried: Motion to adopt nicknames, motion to waive elections and elect officers based on cage fighting tournament, motion to hold a bake sale, motion to get on the VAN.
Motions Failed: Motion to refer to "members" as "mambers," motion to name Peter Cetera as an honorary member.

In lieu of elections, the Lancaster Young Democrats will use a bracket system for cage fighting to determine officer positions.
For better transparency in county politics, members will be given the following easy to remember nicknames. Matt "The Girthquake" Hansen, Neva "The Octopus" Winkle, Bri "El Madre" McLarty, Erik "the yellow dart" Mellgren, Kristin "Terrible Bear" McLarty, Kara "the kid" Lerwick, Joey "Jezebel Mango" Adler, Zach "Squeak" Smith, and Paige "Mother Teresa" Hutchinson.
Members not in attendance will be named when they next attend a meeting.
